Ingredients :
5 thick boneless pork chops
3/4 C brown sugar
2 t ground ginger
1/4 C soy sauce
1/2 C ketchup
2 cloves garlic
3/4 C water
All of the above goes into crock pot then cover with a piece of foil.
For the Veggies your going to lay a large piece of foil on the counter and empty your frozen bag of veggies
(I used stir-fry mixed vegetables)
To this add:
3 T butter or olive oil
2 1/2 T honey
1 pinch ground ginger
1 T lemon juice
Fold the foil to make a sealed packet and place on top of pork chops in the crock pot.
The veggies will steam inside the packet. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
